This time the main focus is around the relationship between two members, and the switch in power that happens halfway through the comic. You'll see what I mean. First she's in charge and then .. well I don't want to spoil it.

Anyway, for this plot I have to admit I drew inspiration from a few places: Zoey Holloway (for that brilliant "Mom's going to help you out" kinda theme), Epoch Art (as mentioned with the last comic, inspiration for the Hayley character), and Stieg larsson for the dark ethereal character of Luce. To be honest, I probably draw inspiration from a zillion other places too, but then don't we all :)
Comic is 68 pages, all medium-res jpegs zipped up in a single 19mb folder of joy and wonder. Hope you like it!

*grins relishing the fact that comment can be applied to this in more than one way.
Nothing wrong with giving these characters a piece of it. An element I like about some of these are that they cover the kinds of scenes commercial shows are unable or unwilling (too Important and macho or whatever) to but one secretly would prefer they had over a darn good slice of what is in the show, y'know? Yet another way they're kinda subversive. In a good way.
Gotta feel for that dick, er, you know the android who's being a bit of a dick. Or a lot. I mean, I can't but think I'd totally foobar it before touchdown.
Hm fav stuff... Hayley getting to play out her naughty game, with uniform in convertable mode (and looks so awesome standing or down with the beautifully placed lighting...). And page 42. Yeow!
Luce seems to be enjoying being nice (even protective) for a change. Hm wonder how that's gonna hold up.
And hey, congrats for realising the story concepts. 'Cliches' are common 'cause they're far easier to hammer out. Original notions done one's own ways, no matter how much inspired from other work, are far less common. :)

Thanks for that TW, and yeah I agree about page 42 - maybe I should've made that the cover. She's a nice character, Hayley. Not sure how she'll progress, and yeah Luce needs to get a bit darker but that'll come out in a few comics' time - she's playing nice at the moment :)
Re the subversive thing - exactly why I started doing the comics in the first place, I think - it was all the bits I wished they'd do but they never did. And when porn studios have a go at the Scifi scenario thing they ALWAYS mess it up and completely lose the ability to make it sexy, thanks to bad acting and zero plot. Ah well, tssk maybe I should move to L.A. and take over a porn studio for a bit, change the casting requirements and ...

Haha ok, yeah she's gone a bit more girl-next-door having washed the dye out of her hair - I was thinking of killing her off until I did those 'bedtime' renders and we saw the softer side of her..
You know, I've been thinking about that for a while now - it'd be easy to have some gifs embedded in amongst the comic pages, so people turn the page and bam! Animation. If that's what you mean then yeah, we're on the same wavelength. I'll do it sometime, for sure; be a nice surprise for people :)
